BAD Customer Service

Avoid at all cost.
The front part of the case I ordered for my new Samsung S20 Ultra broke when I touched it taking it out of the packaging. I wrote through their Website the following morning and 2 days after. As I had not heard from the shop, I had to ring the shop and they said they had not received my complaints and suggested an email address where I could write, which I did intermediately. They would not refund/exchange the product as "I did not complaint at the same time when it happened".
They just closed the case nothing else. I am willing to see what they are going to come up for an answer here.

Please avoid at all cost!
